Appointments
We have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or would like to reschedule, we ask that you give us a 48 hour notice.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional dental insurance; contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We will be happy to electronically file your insurance claims for you and accept direct payments from your insurance company as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
The amount insurance will cover is only an estimate of payment. Unless prior arrangements have been made, we ask that your portion be paid for at the time services are rendered. If your insurance company pays more than what we expected, you will be reimbursed when all insurance payments are received. Ultimately, the patient will be responsible for any balance acquired on their account.
Payment Options
Payment for dental services at AT Dental is due at the time of your visit. We accept checks, cash or credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.
Financing Options
CitiHealth or CareCredit are here to help you pay for treatments and procedures your insurance does not cover. We will work with you to plan a financing program designed to fit your needs. You may qualify for interest-free financing for up to 12 months. There are no obligations or fees to apply. However, good credit standing is required. You may apply at our office and receive a decision in minutes. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
